Yes. Although Anran is mainly designed for mobile, you can use it on Windows by either:
Open the Anran app, click Add Device, and choose your device type. Add the device by scanning the QR code or typing the Device ID/IP address. Make sure the camera and your PC are on the same network for initial setup.
For live view, select your camera and click Live/Preview. For playback, go to the Recordings section, choose the device and date, and click Search to use the timeline.
Confirm the camera is online, temporarily allow the software through Windows Defender, update to the latest app version, and restart your router and PC. If issues persist, delete and re-add the camera in the app.
